Morshedi, PhD, HCLD Dr. Morshedi began his training at the University of Tehran in 1968 and completed postgraduate training for his Master of Science degree in clinical sciences at San Francisco State University. He earned his PhD degree in biomedical sciences through the Eastern Virginia Medical School and Old Dominion University's joint biomedical sciences program. Dr. Morshedi is a board certified clinical laboratory director with the American Board of Bioanalysts and a board certified tissue bank specialist with the American Association of Tissue Banks. He is responsible for the andrology, donor semen, hemizona, and cryopreservation laboratories. He manages several clinical laboratory technologists and the Jones Institute laboratories. Dr. Morshedi has extensive clinical and research experience
in all facets of the evaluation of male
infertility. He has published more than 40 manuscripts in peer-reviewed
journals, is active in research, and is the author of several book chapters
covering male infertility.
